Er vereinigt alle zurzeit lieferbaren Assistenz- und Sicherheitssysteme, erg\u00e4nzt um den damals erstmals angebotenen Active Brake Assist (Notbrems-Assistent).<\/p>\n<p>Im Unterschied zur Abstandsregelung leitet der Active Brake Assist bei der akuten Gefahr eines Auffahrunfalls, zum Beispiel auf ein vorausfahrendes Fahrzeug, eine Vollbremsung ein. Er nutzt die drei Radarsensoren der Abstandsregelung, die innerhalb eines definierten Bereiches vor dem Lkw fahrende Hindernisse erkennen und dabei fortlaufend die Differenzgeschwindigkeit zum vorausfahrenden Fahrzeug ermitteln. <\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4re bei unver\u00e4ndert beibehaltener Verkehrssituation ein Unfall unvermeidlich, wird der Fahrer zun\u00e4chst optisch und akustisch gewarnt.<br \/>\nBei einer Versch\u00e4rfung der Kollisionsgefahr erfolgt zus\u00e4tzlich eine Teilbremsung mit zirka 30 Prozent Bremsleistung.<br \/>\nReagiert der Fahrer dann immer noch nicht, leitet das System selbstst\u00e4ndig eine Vollbremsung ein. <\/p>\n<p>Der Active Brake Assist kann Unf\u00e4lle zwar nicht immer aktiv verhindern, jedoch zumindest durch das Einsetzen der vollen Bremswirkung die Kollisionsgeschwindigkeit, und damit die Schwere von Unfallfolgen, verringern.<\/p>\n<p>Interessante Videos dazu, gibt es nat\u00fcrlich bei YouTube \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><a href='https:\/\/de.youtube.com\/watch?v=KW2jM2ZXQfw' >Active Brake Assist<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vor mehr als 2 Jahren pr\u00e4sentierte Mercedes &#8211; Benz Daimler-Chrysler den &#8222;Mercedes-Benz Safety Truck&#8220;.
