{"id":6207,"date":"2015-12-23T10:40:53","date_gmt":"2015-12-23T09:40:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/truckonline.de\/blog\/?p=6207"},"modified":"2015-12-23T10:47:28","modified_gmt":"2015-12-23T09:47:28","slug":"unterschiedliche-beschilderung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/truckonline.de\/blog\/2015\/12\/23\/unterschiedliche-beschilderung\/","title":{"rendered":"Unterschiedliche Beschilderung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Im Mai diesen Jahres fiel mir <a href=\"https:\/\/truckonline.de\/blog\/2015\/05\/25\/ahnungslose-schilder\/\">folgendes<\/a> auf:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/truckonline.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/screenschildblacklines.jpg\" alt=\"Screenshot\" width=\"550\" height=\"512\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/truckonline.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/screenschildblacklines.jpg 550w, https:\/\/truckonline.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/screenschildblacklines-443x412.jpg 443w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Im Hessischen Ministerium f\u00fcr Wirtschaft, Energie, Verkehr und Landesentwicklung sieht man das so:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Die Hinweisbeschilderung zum o.g. Verbot besteht im Zuge der BAB A5, A45, A480 und A485. Das Fahrverbot wird jedoch nur allgemein unter Angabe der betroffenen Streckenabschnitte vorangek\u00fcndigt. Eine Angabe der Rahmenbedingungen des Verbots durch entsprechende Zusatzzeichen erfolgt im nachgeordneten Netz vor Beginn des G\u00fcltigkeitsbereiches des Verbotes. Die Systematik folgt dem Grundsatz, dass auf BAB nur \u00fcbergeordnete Hinweise und Ziele anzuzeigen sind, die dann im nachgeordneten Netz detaillierter aufgeschl\u00fcsselt sind.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Logische Antwort, verstehe ich sogar. Nur komisch, dass auf dem hessischen Teil der A 4 dieser Grundsatz nicht gilt. Dort wird auf das Fahrverbot auf den Bundesstra\u00dfen 7, 27 und 400 bereits mit Zusatzschildern hingewiesen.<br \/>\nDie Systematik, dass auf Bundesautobahnen nur \u00fcbergeordnete Hinweise und Ziele anzuzeigen sind, gilt dort demnach nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Da bleibt nat\u00fcrlich der Verdacht, dass mit der Beschilderung auf den Autobahnen in Mittelhessen der Schwerverkehr von den Bundesstra\u00dfen 3 und 252 bewusst ferngehalten werden soll. Obwohl dort von 6 &#8211; 20 Uhr kein Fahrverbot f\u00fcr Lkw gilt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Mai diesen Jahres fiel mir folgendes auf: Im Hessischen Ministerium f\u00fcr
