Italien erh\u00e4rtet die Kontrollen zur Kabotagevorschrift. Es wird insbesondere daran erinnert, dass die Beweislast der Zul\u00e4ssigkeit der Kabotage durch den Spediteur, direkt erstmal durch die Mitf\u00fchrung aller notwendigen Papiere durch den Fahrer zu gew\u00e4hrleisten ist.<\/p>\n

Wann endlich passiert das bei uns? Ich behaupte mal ganz dreist, dass wohl die wenigsten Kontrollbeamten auf den Nachweis aller Papiere seit Start der Kabotage bestehen. Und warum k\u00f6nnen dann die Italiener stilllegen, wenn sie doch derselben EU-Vorschrift unterliegen? Oder sollte ich lieber gleich sagen, warum macht das bei uns niemand? Das k\u00f6nnten die n\u00e4mlich ganz genauso!<\/p>\n
