Sonntagnachmittag. Ich liege auf der Couch, klicke so durchs Internet, lese Texte, schaue Videos. Nebenbei l\u00e4uft der Fernseher. Zu mehr reicht es am letzten Urlaubstag nicht. <\/p>\n

Und dann muss ich mich doch aufrappeln, um eine eMail zu schreiben. Empf\u00e4nger war ein „Shopbetreiber“, der eines meiner Videos<\/a> auf seinem YouTube-Kanal gestellt hat. Immerhin hat der sich die Arbeit gemacht, den Vorspann mit meiner Webadresse zu entfernen. Bravo.<\/p>\n

Dabei sind doch diese Kurzfilme nur St\u00fcckwerk. Ich lasse w\u00e4hrend der Fahrt die Kamera laufen, setze sp\u00e4ter eine kurze Beschreibung davor und fertig. Und selbst solche Videos werden geklaut.
\nUnglaublich. Aber echt. Eigentlich m\u00fc\u00dfte jetzt hier ein lachender Smilie stehen. Aber das lasse ich mal.<\/p>\n

Bl\u00f6d nur, dass das Urheberecht manche Leute nicht mal ann\u00e4hernd interessiert. Das beginnt ja schon auf Facebook. Die Jagd nach Klicks und Besucher geht halt vor. Das ist schon irgendwo armselig.
\nMeine Mail an diesem Shopbetreiber war nett. Wirklich. Aber ich kann mir denken, was passiert. Ich bekomme eine dumm freche Antwort. W\u00e4re \u00fcbrigens nicht das erste mal. Vielleicht sollte man wirklich mal nen Anwalt einschalten. Denn erst wenn es ans finanzielle geht, tut es weh. Erst recht, wenn man f\u00fcr eines meiner Videos zahlen mu\u00df (Achtung: lachender Smilie).<\/p>\n

Aber mal Spa\u00df beiseite: H\u00e4tte der mich gefragt, w\u00e4re das ja kein Problem gewesen. Ein „Huhu, darf ich dieses Video bei mir ver\u00f6ffentlichen<\/em>„, h\u00e4tte gereicht. Meine Antwort w\u00e4re wohl ein „Huhu. Ja.<\/em>“ geworden. Also alles ganz einfach.
