Aber dieses ist von der Herkunft her noch etwas ungew\u00f6hnlicher, n\u00e4mlich aus der Westsahra. Das erkennt man an den zwei Buchstaben rechts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Kennzeichen entsprechen in Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Aussehen weitgehend den europ\u00e4ischen Kennzeichen und zeigen in der Regel schwarze Schrift auf wei\u00dfem Grund. Sie werden von rechts nach links gelesen.<br>Ganz rechts steht eine ein- oder zweistellige Zahl. An dieser erkennt man, wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, die Herkunft. Hier die 68, die steht f\u00fcr El Aai\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dann folgt ein senkrechter Strich, danach ein\u00a0arabischer Buchstabe\u00a0f\u00fcr die Serie vor einem weiteren senkrechten Strich. Abschlie\u00dfend kommt ganz links eine maximal f\u00fcnfstellige laufende Nummer. Beh\u00f6rdliche Stempel oder Aufkleber gibt es nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Aai\u00fan ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Stadt im von Marokko annektierten Territorium Westsahara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcber die Westsahara wird seit fast 50 Jahren gestritten. Seit dem Abzug der spanischen Kolonialmacht im Jahr 1976 ist bis heute nicht gekl\u00e4rt, wem das Gebiet eigentlich geh\u00f6rt. <br>Unterschiedliche <a href=\"https:\/\/frieden-sichern.dgvn.de\/konflikte-brennpunkte\/westsahara\">politische Interessen und fehlende Einigkeit<\/a> in der internationalen Gemeinschaft sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass der Konflikt weiter ungel\u00f6st bleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Leidtragenden sind wie meist vor allem die Menschen vor Ort.
