Italienischer Rastst\u00e4ttenkaffee und ein Brioche alla Marmellata. Beides echt lecker. Und preiswert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei dem Kaffee frage ich mich, wieso bekommt man den in deutschen Rastst\u00e4tten oder anderen „Ausser Haus“ – Verkaufsstellen nicht so hin?
Kostet da oft doppelt so viel, schmeckt aber kacke. Selbst dort, wo mit „italienischer Kaffeekultur<\/em>“ geworben wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ach ja. An dem gro\u00dfen Becher „Americano“ sieht man, dass ich kein Italiener bin. Denn bei denen muss es fr\u00fch schnell gehen. Die trinken einen Espresso, basta, weiter geht’s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noch ein bissel Galileo gef\u00e4llig? Also, der Americano hei\u00dft \u00fcbrigens deshalb Americano, weil laut \u00dcberlieferung der gel\u00e4ufige Espresso den Amerikanern, die nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg in Italien stationiert waren, zu kr\u00e4ftig war. Sie verlangten ein Glas hei\u00dfes Wasser zu ihrem Espresso, um ihn zu verd\u00fcnnen.
So entstand der Begriff Caff\u00e8 Americano. Also so, wie er noch heute gel\u00e4ufig ist.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
