Mit diesen sinnvollen Worten begr\u00fc\u00dfte Karlheinz Schmidt, Hauptgesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer des Bundesverbandes G\u00fcterkraftverkehr Logistik und Entsorgung (BGL), dass Urteil des Hessischen Verwaltungsgerichtshofs, nachdem zwei Durchfahrtsverbote f\u00fcr schwere Lkw auf nordhessischen Bundesstra\u00dfen aufgehoben werden m\u00fcssen.
\nDamit ist der Weg auf den Bundesstra\u00dfen B 3 und B 252 auch f\u00fcr Lkw \u00fcber zw\u00f6lf Tonnen wieder frei, sobald die Beschilderung entfernt wurde. <\/p>\n
